God Will Bring Them Home
Referencing the covenant mothers of the 2,000 stripling warriors (Alma 53, 56)
"I do not doubt that my mother knows" are the words of the chorus as if sung by the sons themselves. The 2nd chorus are the same words sung in Mayan, which may have been similar to the language spoken by the young warriors themselves.
The real footage at the end of the video are returning missionaries that my husband and I served with in the Yamoussoukro Cote d'Ivoire Mission. Todays warriors!
A shout out to Elder Newell, Elder Bennett, Elder Jones and their families.

There Is Light In Him
This song is sung from the perspective of the mother of Alma the Younger when he was in his rebellious stage. There is no mention of his mother in the scriptures but we do know that his father "prayed with much faith" concerning his son. (Mosiah 27:14) I am confident that if his mother were alive that she too would have prayed with much faith for the welfare of her son.
Might she have prayed
"There is light in him
Though the light is dim
There is goodness there
He is Thy heir
Lord, hear this mothers pleading prayer"
President Boyd K Packer said:
There are few things more powerful than the prayers of a faithful mother.

Behold Your Little Ones
This song is sung from the perspective of a mother who was present when the Savior visited the people in the America's after his resurrection and blessed their children. A tender and crowning event in the Book of Mormon.
His invitation to them was to BEHOLD their little ones. I believe that they were able to behold their children, see them as He sees them. When we see/behold others as the Savior does it changes us and how we interact with those we "see." It changes the relationship. "Lord, we behold like Thee" was a miracle within a miracle.
We also know that Christ loosed the tongues of the children (3 Nephi 26:14) "and they did speak unto their fathers great and marvelous words." What might they have said? The introduction of this video is a young child speaking to represent those whose tongues were loosed. Would the children have testified of the Savior? Maybe. That's what is being spoken by this young girl. She is testifying of the Savior in Hebrew.

The Desire Of My Heart
This song is sung from the perspective of the women present at the Waters of Mormon when Alma was teaching and baptizing (Mosiah 18).
I've tried to convey the pure joy these women felt as they reflected upon the day they made a covenant with God and experienced "the desire of their hearts."
This song is especially tender for me as one of my daughters is a vocalist. (Saren is the taller one) This brings pure joy to my heart!
The stunning scenery is Bridal Veil falls in Utah. We chose that setting to replicate, somewhat, the sacred Waters of Mormon setting.
*We gratefully acknowledge selected video clips from the video “Alma Baptizes at the Waters of Mormon” produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
